By creating an account or using Pannary, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Pannary.

What Pannary provides

Pannary is an AI-powered family meal planning tool. It generates weekly dinner plans, shopping lists, and prep instructions based on your household preferences. Meal plans are generated by an AI model and are suggestions only — use your own judgment regarding dietary needs, allergies, and food safety.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person per account. You may invite family members through the family sharing feature.
• You may not share your account with people outside your household.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Pannary for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service at scale.
• Use the service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls.

AI-generated content

Meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists are generated by an AI model. While we tune the AI to produce practical, family-appropriate suggestions, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for specific dietary or medical needs. Always verify ingredients and cooking instructions, especially if anyone in your household has food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Your content

Content you enter into Pannary (preferences, custom items, chat tweaks) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use that content to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Service availability

Pannary is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Disclaimer of warranties

Pannary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated meal plans. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pannary and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where Pannary is operated.
